Almost forgot - there's always the platform independant option which just
requires a tennis ball.

Print out the image map on a piece of A4, wrap it around said tennis ball
and view.  More sophisticated users wishing to take a more digital approach
can take a picture of this and have it scanned onto Kodak PhotoCD. Then view.
